Delivery Policy & Options

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we only ship and deliver within New Zealand. For international inquiries, please contact us at orders@lightingplus.co.nz.

Standard Delivery
  • Courier Service: All orders are delivered directly to your door via NZ Post Courier.
  • Signature Required: For peace of mind, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. Because of this, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Order Tracking: Your order status will be updated dynamically. To check your progress, simply log into your account.

Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
  • Same-Day Pickup: If you place your order before 12:00 PM, it will typically be ready for collection the same day.
  • Notification: We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.
  • What to Bring: To collect your order, please present a copy of your order confirmation and a valid form of ID.
Regions Excluded from Free Shipping

While we offer free delivery for standard orders over $300, this offer does not apply to the following regions:

  • Rural Deliveries: Rural deliveries incur an additional charge of $10 for every $100 spent. Note: You must select the Rural Delivery option at checkout. If a rural address is provided without this selection, we will be unable to dispatch your order.
  • Waiheke Island: Orders will incur an additional regional delivery charge.
  • Under-$300 Store Orders: Freight charges will apply if the total value of the order from your selected Lightingplus store is under $300.
