Yes, all professional lighting advice at Lightingplus is completely free. While the initial consultation and expert guidance come at no cost, please note that detailed lighting plans are released upon receipt of a 50% deposit, which is then credited toward your lighting purchase.
To help us make the most of our time together, please send over your full house plans and elevations in PDF format before our session. If plans are unavailable, we are happy to provide a quote per room. Please note that a lighting plan can only be completed if structural plans are provided.

Yes, we offer flexible options to suit your schedule. You can book an in-store consultation at any Lightingplus location or request a remote consultation via video call to discuss your project from the comfort of your home.
You will typically receive your custom lighting plan within 10 working days following your consultation and receipt of your full architectural plans.
While it is not required for your builder or electrician to be present, they are more than welcome to attend. Having your tradespeople involved early can help ensure the technical feasibility of the design and streamline the installation process.
If your project requires council consent, we recommend booking your consultation once you have a confirmed, consented set of plans. Engaging us at this stage ensures your lighting design is perfectly integrated into the electrical walkthrough before wiring begins.
