Our Delivery Policy

  • Quick Delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier.
    Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O boxes.
  • Signature Required: All deliveries will require a signature. 
  • Despatch Notification: Your order status will be updated; to check progress log in to your account.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock.  All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified.
  • Pickup in store: You will be notified by phone when your order is availble for collection. This should be within 10 days unless notified otherwise soon after placing your order. To collect your order in-store, you will need to present a copy of the order confirmation as well as a suitable form of ID. We accept your Drivers Licence or you can also present a Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Card, AMEX, and NZ EFTPOS cards provided they have your name imprinted and a signature.
  • Rural Deliveries: $300 free delivery offer does not apply. Rural deliveries will incur an additional charge of $10 for every $100 spent. If you do have a Rural Delivery address but do not indicate this we will be unable to dispatch your order.
  • Deliveries ex Lightingplus Stores: When orders are placed for stock to be delivered from one of our stores they are exempt from the $300 free delivery offer.

Returns Policy

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

No tolerance policy regarding Fraud

We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.  Credit Card fraud in particular, is a crime that is being committed daily over the internet.

  • Gift Cards expires 12 months from the date of issue. 
  • Treat the card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • This card is: Redeemable for products at participating stores within the country of purchase only.
  • Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or trade accounts.
  • Must be redeemed before expiry date, will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date.
  • Cannot be reloaded.
  • Is partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
  • Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by other method.
  • Redeemable in store only.
  • We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time.
  • Gift cards purchased online are activated 7 days after posting. If you do not receive your gift card before 7 days after ordering contact us immediately.

Overseas Orders

Unfortunately we are only able to deliver orders in New Zealand.
